"My hidden hitch is not exactly the hitch I ordered. I ordered the square one and got the round one, but didn't want to send it back. The price difference was insignificant, but I was charged for the more expensive hitch. My "Hidden Hitch" is anything but hidden. On my Lexus RX330, it stands out rather prominently. But it is sturdy, and of good quality. Just not what I thought it would be. Bibb"

"The hitch I purchased is a very nice design. The only reason I had to put it down for its poor quality is for the fact that it was delivered with out a package.....they just slapped a FedEx sticker to the hitch and mailed it. Needless to say it was all scratched and dinged up,like the FedEx driver dragged it to my house. I had to prime and paint a new product before installing on my truck..... Other than that its a nice hitch and fits well."

Hidden Hitch for 2007 Hummer

"This was so simple to install. I was going to get a hitch from UHAUL and have them install it professionally for roughly $290. After reading the reviews from AutoAnything.com I figured I try it myself and save $100. I'm so glad I did. I had it installed in less than 20 minutes. If you are looking for a hitch and have 2 left hands like myself, you need to purchase this hitch and do it yourself. If I can do it so could you."

"This hitch doesn't look like the picture, and it requires drilling 2 1/2'' holes in the underside of the car. It is pretty easy to do and it tucks up nice and neat under the car. It doesn't hang down which is nice because the car is all ready low as it is. The only complaint I have isn't Hidden Hitches fault, they make great products, but towards Auto Anything. They didn't use any packaging on the hitch and taped all the shipping labels to the hitch its self. Well those labels are nearly impossible to get off and I finally stopped trying. For a hitch that is so well made its a shame for it to be cluttered up with stupid shipping labels even if it doesn't show to the out side world."

"I purchased a roll pan from a different company and it already had cut out for the hitch. I was afraid, when i ordered it, that it wouldn't fit correctly. when it arrived, i got under the truck and evaluated the situation. i then proceeded to install it all by myself. it was very easy to do. the only problem i had was the two bolts directly behind the roll pan, it was tight fit tryin to get my hands in the proper place to tighten them. but overall i am very satisfied."

"The hitch itself is great quality and looks great on the vehicle. However, the shipping and handling was a joke. It arrived as bare metal on my front porch with a packaging label sticker stuck to the side of it. There was no protective packaging at all and much of the black paint finish had been scraped off due to rough handling. This will cause premature rusting which I am very unhappy about."

"The hitch we recieved was not the same as the one in the picture but seemed to be of good quality so we kept it. There were a couple of small parts missing but my husband managed to find replacements among his own items in garage. He had to do a bit of customizing too but he felt overall it was a fairly easy instalation and seems happy with the product."

"Hitch was not exactly as described (Square not tubular) And the U-bolt had to be spread to fit the pre-drolled holes. Because it is so heavy I had to use a floor jack to hold it in place. Other than that it was a perfect fit. Service from AutoAnything was great!"

Great Hitch, Great Price, Poorly shipped

"Install took all of 15 mins by myself after I made a quick 2x4 frame/jig to balance the hitch steady on the jack, and jack it into place. However, it came very beat up as AutoAnything simply slaps a shipping label on the hitch itself and sends it out. The powder coating was worn completely off at contact points, and the entire unit was scratched, a sure guarantee for rust to form everywhere."

"The hitch was easy to install, and is well hidden -- but I have a couple suggestions and warnings. First, the hitch I received is for Class I towing. This is not clear, and I accentially purchased a Class III ball mount (which was easily returned through AutoAnything). Second, the hitch requires a U-bolt to connect it to the tow-hook on my Honda Element. I could not find a U-bolt that would work, so I had to devise another solution. In my opinion, mounting hardware should be supplied with the unit. Finally, the hitch only uses two of the four holes available in the frame for a hitch. Another inch of steel on each side of the hitch's mounting frame would allow for four mounting bolts and make for a stronger installation."
