"Installed easily. I didn't remove muffler; just slid around it. Bolt holes lined up with no problems. If I knew it would be that easy, I would have bought it over 2 years ago."

"I was worried that this hitch wouldn't be as hidden as the factory hitch but with the stinger out, you can't see it on the 2008 Caliber. The factory hitch requires an adapter, which Draw Tite doesn't. I am very pleased with this hitch for my Caliber. Thanks John"

Draw Tite Trailer Hitch Glitch

"The hitch is well made and was delivered quickly. It did not exactly fit the 2003 Toyota Highlander as advertised. It was about a quarter inch off from the existing holes on the vehicle. Because of the slight mismatch, I successfully broke one the vehicles nuts which was tac-welded to the frame. I couldn't use two of the six bolts which came with the hitch. I had to use the bolts which came with the vehicles tie-down attachments. Hopefully, they're strong enough, because with the broken tac-weld I can't get to it and replace the nut or bolt."

"Instructions said that I should drop the exhaust pipe for installation. This is not required as there is enough flexibility in the rubber mounting to install and torque bolts without dropping the exhaust.
However, the right side bolt hole pattern was off. Two holes did not line up perfectly with the nut plates. To install the rear bolt on the right side, I had to widen the right rear hole slot about 0.040" using a small Dremel grinding wheel in order to get this bolt threaded into the nut plate. This re-op quickly solved the problem, but it took a long time to diagnose this slightly off bolt pattern problem. I suggest the manufacturer check hole slot machining positions on the right side and correct patterns if required."

"Extremely easy to install on my 2004 Nissan Titan. Had a friend to help me and tightened the supplied 6 bolts with a torque wrench in about 10 minutes. Excellent product and service. I received this hitch less than 24 hours after ordering! Would purchase again in a heartbeat."

"Fit and finish good. Took 20 min. to install with ease. hitch is exposed below the lower valence, however it's unavoidable b/c the spare tire storage area is deep. Overall, it doesn't look too bad, not the hitches fault, it's just the design of the car."

"Very easy install, great fitment. Only complaint is that the hitch does hit pavement with lots of cargo in back when going down steep inclines. Kind of disconcerning so far, will have to see what it will do with our small popup camper. Hopefully I can get away with not having to install an airbag system."

"I received this trailer hitch very quickly .
Started installing it on a Sunday night was complete in an hour.the hardest part was getting the bolts through the frame The construction is very good fit perfect.
The instructions were very easy to follow,it looks great on my 07 Stang blends right in."

"The hitch came in another box after the main Trailer hitch.It was a breeze to install. It took 30 Mins. You do need two people, it's just easier. And a Impact Gun... I did do it by myself and with a ratchet set. It would have been done in 10 minutes. I should have bought the wiring harnness with the order."
