"It's really a good experience to install this hitch even this is my first time to install and use it! Nice design and the dimension exactly matching between the screw hole and nuts on vehicle, no hassle at all."

"I have an 5' X 10' trailer which I use for picking up small loads of lumber, hauling small amounts of trash and to move my lawn tractor around. This hitch does all of that nicely, but to be able to install this with no drilling, cutting, moving tailpipes, etc. made this a 15 minute job. I got your Email that the hitch was sent and the next day it was delivered. If I had known this was going to be so easy (compared to other installations I have done) I would have purchased this years ago and would have gotten so much more use and satisfaction."

"This is my second DrawTite hitch bar. The first installed on a mini SUV with no problem at all. This went on a small Toyota, and although the attachment points were much easier to use than other models for this vehicle, it was impossible to re-tighten one of the 4 bolts. (not enough wrench clearance once the hitch was in place) The solution was to put the bolt in from the other side and put a locking nut on instead.
Not a big deal, but certainly not fully tested on this specific vehicle model."

"There was only 1 small paint chip on a part of the hitch that doesn't show. The hitch installed very easy, all hardware was included and of good quality. I did not realize the receiver (male end) came with the hitch. This made the price even better. Locally the best price I found was $200.00 for the same thing"

"The Draw Tite Hitche may be installed in 15 min but I am 63 and not in good health. It took me 45 min but that was because of the limited room to get my tork wrench on the top two bolts. I could only turn the bolt a few inches at a time. This was not a problem with the product but the design of the Sonata. My wife helped me and we finished up in less time than I thought it was going to take. This is an excelent product."

"After receiving the hitch via Fedex, I began installation later that night. I have 9 years in the RV business (3 as service manager). I was confident it would be an easy job. Unfortunately, a nut was missing from the hardware pack, one of the bolts had a different thread pitch than the car's frame nut and one of the flange's was bent which means the holes didn't line up. This 1 hour job turned into a 3 hour job as I had to locate a high grade replacement for the missing nut, tap out the existing nut welded to the frame of the car and get a volunteer to pry one of the flange arms out to line up the holes so I could get the bolts installed.
None of the problems I encountered were AutoAnything.com's fault. This missing/incorrect hardware and improperly welded flange was Draw-tite's fault. (There was no missing paint to indicate shipping damage). If I had the time, I would have exchanged the hitch but I needed to use it the next day. AutoAnything.com did a great job of getting my hitch to me on time and I would buy from them again."

"I received the hitch faster than expected but it was shipped bare without any packaging, the paint was chipped in several places, which I'm sure will lead to rust later on. The installation was painless, I spent more time prying loose the rubber exhaust hanger than hanging and bolting the hitch itself."

"The service was supurb. The product is excellent. Instructions were very good. I installed the hitch in about 1 hour (fine with me) I towed a trailer 300 miles yesterday and worked perfect.
However, your instructions show a third bolt to be installed on the drivers side. Did not have a bolt long enough. Nor was there a hole to pu the bolt into.
So I left it out. Plenty strong anyway."

"As has been said by others on here, this hitch is very easy to install (removal of spare tire is not necessary). My 2003 Tundra did not come w/ a hitch from the factory, so I opted to purchase this one from AutoAnything after searching around. The delivery from FedEx was EXTREMELY fast (next day) and it was FREE! The hitch weighs about 50lbs and was a little difficult maneuvering while laying on the cold ground, but I managed totally by myself and had it torqued to specs within 30 mins tops. If it was warmer, I could've done it faster :) Note the hitch does not come w/ any kind of receiver cover, so I bought one from Toyota that fits fine. Also, it comes complete w/ a 2" drop that I wasn't expecting (thought I had to buy that separate). Other than buying a SS ball w/ a 1" dia post, this baby was complete! Oh yeah, it was scratched in shipping, but a little touch up w/ gloss black paint and it was as good as new. Enjoy!"

"I was a bit disappointed that the Hitch was not shipped in a box however the condition that it arrived it was very good. All parts and hardware were well packaged on the hitch. It took me more than the 20 minutes of installation only because I didn't know how to use the lead wires, but once I figured it out it was a piece of cake. The hitch is greate it also came with a receive minus the ball. A great product overall. I love this websites free shipping and one year price guarantee. I've recommended this website to all of my family members."
