When winter snows start piling up or the Rubicon Trail begins calling your name, will your rig be ready for action? Equip the snout of your truck, SUV or van with the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch. It creates a sturdy, secure and safe mounting point for your snow plow and winch. Even add a hitch step to reach deep into your engine compartment without climbing up a ladder.
With over 3 decades of engineering experience, Draw-Tite knows how to craft powerful harnesses. Rugged is your Draw-Tite Front Receiver's middle name. It tames up to 9,000 lbs of winch line pull. Plus, the black powder coat finish fights off rust, corrosion and oxidation.
Best of all, your Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch is custom-built to fit right to your rig's frame. And, it comes pre-drilled to accept a locking J-Pin. That way, thieves can't walk off with your expensive equipment, and sway is held at bay. On top of that, it's backed by Draw-Tite's Lifetime Warranty.

Fast shipping, nice solid product. If the manufacturer would cut small rectangles in the face plates the mount would fit right over the tow hooks eliminating having to remove and reinstall them. 6 bolts and limited space makes this step difficult. I cut the plate and it slid right over the hooks.

2005 2500XL YUKON 4x4: My Age 71, Bad Back & 6 Fused Neck Vertibra. Delivered Earlier than expected. Excellent fit. Installed in 20 minutes. Can not believe the fit and finished look for a after-market part. Did not have to remove air dam or tow hooks. Did not have to use spacer washers provided. Lifted into place with a light duty floor jack, and bolted thru the tow hook openings for the side bolts.

I have a cattle guard front bumper and expected to work modifying the hitch to use a small winch. It bolted right in except for a minor problem with one of the factory tow hook threads. Also the hitch is not as pictured, the bar loops shown on each side are not on this model. They would have made it easier to connect to than the factory tow hooks.

Very easy to install. I bought this hitch so I could put a bike rack on the front of mt truck when hauling the camper, but there are so many other uses for it. Its really a great product.

I will be using the front mount hitch receiver to move a large boat into a small space. The receiver arrived in only a couple of days after purchase and it fit on the front frame without any modifications. The best thing about the receiver is the tow hooks remain in place and that is a big plus.
