can my toyota pickup with a 5 foot 7 inch bed get a fifth wheel hitch in it .

Yes .. I have one on my 2010 Crew Max,, but get the roller it is the one that you will need. But as always be careful when jacking the trailer in.. The is also the 15K version that is less money. You can also get the curt gooseneck adapter. Professional installation is highly recommended. New practice is to place hitch 2 1/2" behind rear axle old way was in right over axle but new tow rating is from the bumper not the bed.
