"the instruction sheet can be improved a bit to show more detail. I had to remove additional shipping bracket on the left side to complete the installation. There was a slight interference on the right side with a bracket that hold some kind of box. Other than that the finish was better than I expected."

"Bought this hitch for my 2009 Rav4. Chose it initially for the price. Not only was the hitch much lower than other internet stores, I saved over $300 compaired to buying from Toyota, who wanted $435 + tax + fitting! This hitch is perfect. It literally took only ten minutes to install - 4 bolts & washers inserted into the pre-drilled & threaded holes in the chassis. Quality, fit 7 finish are excellent. I therefore highly recommend this hitch."

"There's not much one can say about a receiver hitch when it does what its supposed to do... It fits perfectly, its super heavy duty construction, the mounting instructions were easy to understand, you can barely see it once its installed, so it looks great. What else can I say... If you are in the market for a receiver hitch, these guys know how to make 'em! And I thought the price was very fair. Two thumbs up."

"The hitch was as advertised. It was easy to install, but I had to remove the back bumper. That is easy to do on this car. The fish wire would get the bolt and washer close but it wouldn't drop into place. All in all I would recomend this hitch."

"I was looking around for hitches for a while, looking for a good price while having a nice hitch. I came here and found this for a great price and it shipped here in no time. It was the right hitch and installed nicely, and it seems to be of high-quality. I like how it looks, too. I haven't used it yet, though I'm sure I will when the summer comes and I need to do some work in the yard. Almost everything I've gotten for my truck off of the internet came from AutoAnything and it's gonna continue to be that way."

"Awesome product all the way around! Fast shipping, quick and simple install, good directions. Best of all, I was worried about cutting the fascia of the bumper, but it turned out to be a small cut on the bottom that you can't even see. Only part visible is the receiver. Perfect!"

"I cant really give you a positive rating since the box came opened when delivered. The box was adequately staped shut but somehow in shipping the whole bottom opened up and the contents of the box was lost except for the hitch itself. When contacting AutoAnything they Totally dropped the ball in getting me replacement parts. It been a month since the hirch arrived, yet no replacement parts."

"Hitch was delivered promptly, 3 days from date of order. Packaged securely,and had a very nice glossy finish. However, the hitch appeared to have been dragged across concrete around the square receiver opening, which in my case with the BMW X3, just happens to be the only part of the hitch you can see. Bummer. The instructions were detailed and accurate for my model year. Overall I am satisfied with the purchase, but I would have preferred an un-marred product."
