"Easy installation, no drilling, fits very nicely. Just needed an extra hand to hold bolts in place while positioning hitch. Very limited area to tighten bolts as well. Looks very nice and is not obtrusive in appearance."

"the curt reciever hitch is excellent. instal took about 1.30hrs. working in my garage with ratchet. the trailer light kit was very easy to install as well. thank you for a great addition for my car."

Easy as Pie

"Took a whopping 10 minutes to install. Bolt wholes lined up perfectly. The wiring harness plugged in with ease but I had no running lights had to splice into tag light.Don't know if plug on truck was bad. Or if needed to jumper something."

"Ordering was easy, came in 3 days. Easy to mount by myself using a floor jack and either 13/16 or 7/8 wrenches. Instructions were ok - picture was most helpful. Looks solid, fits perfect."

"But the center mount didn't line up exactly with the hitch, I don't know if it was my car or the hitch's fault. Still a good product, I can always buy a bigger middle mount to cover mount better. Overall, a good product. However, if I knew about middle mount not centering, I would have bought the more expensive hitch at $180 or so."

"Good instructions. I followed them pretty much to the letter and I got the thing put on there. You have to cut the bumper cover a little bit on an Infiniti G35. I kinda had a hard time doing it but my bikes won't carry themselves. Overall it works, doesn't look to bad on the car. What more could you want."

"It took two hitches to get one that had most of the paint on it. the first hitch looked like it had been dragged across the floor. the second had spots that were not covered completely with paint."

"Follow the instructions, though it is vague on the fish wire technique, but the important step of lowering the exhaust is a big help. The 6 rubber isolatiors on the Forester do make it a fairly easy task. There is a direct wire plug-in trailer connector made by Curt but unfortunately not sold by AutoAnything. Another tip for the Forester is that in the hatch storage, remove the spare tire floor panel and then the left and right stuffer blocks that are held in by plastic rivets - they will pop out with some effort. Under the stuffer blocks are holes in the floor panel with circular tape that gives access to the chassis where the hitch mount bolts are located. This is a big help if you have difficulty fishing the bolts into the chassis hole from under the vehicle. The hitch is a real nice fit. Looks great on the vehicle."

"It took longer to open the box then it did to install the hitch. The only complaint that I could even think of finding would be that the part number sticker was in a spot that was visible and needs to be put somewhere else"
