The actual hitch part, and the connector to the vehicle (for the lights) are not included - it is a solid hitch, and a good unit, but for the price paid, it should include either the part to attach the ball to, or the connector for your specific vehicle - at that price. It also pushes up the bottom of the bumper, slightly, and should include a template for the cut-out at the bottom of the bumper. The best part to me is that it is definitely the strongest part on the Santa Fe - Hyundai's are so poorly built.

After reading reviews I was a little concerned about the dificulty of instaling this hitch in my garage. But, read instructions, had all tools ready, file works best to slot hole, and with the enclosed fish wires, had the whole thing taken care of in about 40 minutes. I did need the assistance of my wife to hold the hitch in place while I started the first 2 nuts. Finished install looks good, not out of place, like it was factory. I also installed the wire kit, very quick and easy. Again follow the instructions and all goes smoothly.

A very straight forward installation for a Shadetree mechanic on a Saturday morning. The holes are in place on the V70, simply move the mufflers out of the way and bolt up. It is well painted with a gloss black finish and sits nicely up under the bumper with just the receiver showing. The only thing I wanted was a 2" receiver for our bike rack. The 1.25" to 2" adapter extends our Thule Revolver bike rack further back than I wanted but it works.

Just finished putting this on my wifes Wrangler and it looks nice and went on very easily. It does not however, look like the picture as this is really just a chanel that goes over and bolts to the frame. We got it to carry a bike rack and it should be fine for that but I don't think I would tow with it.
