Excellent product, fast shipping and a piece of cake to install. I saw the UPS truck showed up and I said to myself, what did the Wife order now, couldn't believe the hitch arrived in two days (for a free delivery service). Thanks!

Fit my 2014 Mitsu Outlander SE 4wd 4cyl perfectly. MY brother had it installed in 20 mins laying in the driveway. No lift or special tools needed. The look is stream lined with the round tubing. It does not stick out passed the bumper so accessing the rear hatch is not a pain in the rear. I have forgot I had it and nailed my shin a few times.

The entire purchase process was excellent due to the online chat service and delivery was very fast. The product was received in excellent condition. No parts were missing. I did the install myself, which takes some time. Fit tolorances were tight, which required the use of a digging iron to manipulate the receiver into position in order to accept some of the bolts, but once it was on, it was on secure and it looks good on the vehicle. I highly recommend the product.

I was a bit apprehensive after reading other install blogs but this one when in without a hitch ( pun intended). It only took 17 minutes start to finish. I reused the bolts from removal of the factory tow bracket and used them to ream out the frame holes before mounting the Curt. Used a wobble extension on the socket and did not even have to move the muffler for access. So quick and easy I had to pinch myself to be sure I wasn't dreaming.

Ease of Installation should be a -10. It was a complete nightmare that took me hours. This hitch did not fit my SUV or as damaged in transit. No mater what I did I could not get the second side to line up with the threaded holes in the chassis. They were close but close doesn't work. it took a lot of loosening, tightening, banging, prying and wedging and I managed to get 3 bolts in and cross threaded the last one. I had to add washers to add 1/4" because the bolt could not make it in.

This 2" hitch receiver is somewhat overkill for our Mazda CX-5, but it fits any bike rack and any two inch accessory (most common). Had U-haul install it for $40. 1 star deducted from appearance for a small blemish (paint bubble) near the receiver. Overall great value and great experience.
