Order arrived promptly good quality wiring and connectors. Verry easy to install nuntil I discovered that the connectors didn't fit. Called tech support twice and they kept assuring me that they were the correct connectors. I am trying to get an RA but found the line constantly bussy. Way more than I expected. Easy to install and works as it should. Maybe a mention on installation of exactly where and how to remove the protective covers from the vehicle harness but easy to figure out.

Hi Dan, It's usually a dealer-installed trailer wiring harness. Look for a plug under the bumper.

I bought t-connecter as header last day from your web sight, and I found it needs to wire from car battery go through under body. If I don't connect to a car battery what happen? Even the brake lights on the car become not working? And is there other way to get the power to t-connector converter? For exapmle is it possible to get from the cigeratte plug or put a small battery in the car and so? please kindly adivise me.

Hi, For your application the connector needs a direct 12 volt line to the battery for correct operation. Hooking it to other circuits may result in dim lights or even blown fuses. The best option is really to route a dedicated power wire along the frame.

I am purchasing a 2006 enclosed 6x6x12 trailer with a 2" ball for my 1994 ford f350Xlt truck and need to know what type of trailer hitch and wiring adapter I need. Also is it easy to connect and where do you connect? Is the connector already present on the 1994 model?

Tried hooking up the standard 4 prong trailer harness from the Vet to a 4x8 trailer, nothing fancy. Only problem is when you press the breaks lights on the trailer lights go out. Vets lights are ok. Anything special that need to be done? Or do I need a t-connector or something I don't know about. Recommendations?

Where does this CURT T-Connector Harness actually get plugged in? I plan on buying a CURT Class 3 Hitch and I was concidering this T-Connector. My owners manual mentions a 7 wire harness under the rear frame. But all I see is two larger moduler connecters. Thank Paul

For example, here's a 4 to 7 way harness that fits your ride, the Curt Part# is 55384: http://shop.autoanything.com/towing/77A3873A3068474.aspx

I selected 2011 Buick Enclave as the vehicle using the vehicle selector up top on this page and I see the 7 wire harness you're looking for. So you should just select your vehicle and you'll see the option above. Once selected, you'll see more specific part number images.

I purchased a Curt T Connector for my 2012 Chevy Traverse. I am having difficulty locating the connection on my vehicle. The directions say it is "behind the bumper". Since I can't locate it does this mean is if behind the bumper cover and that I need to loosen or remove that to find the connection? Kent

No, Unfortunatly I have bad news. There is no connector for this. Give it up. Chevy made a big mess of the whole thing. Unless you bought the vehicle with the "tow package" you are not going to be able to after market wire it with out "jury rigging" it. Go see your Chevy parts service manager and they will give you the sad tale of woe! I found it out the hard way too! Oh, and it will only tow 2000lbs any way so you should have bought the Tahoe... signed, Regets for buy the Traverse.
