The only problem I had was the two mounting holes on the drivers side had to be opened up some and existing bolts would have only held with two threads. I purchased longer bolts at local hardware store which cost about $9. and I thought that was rather steep.

Fit and finish good. Took 20 min. to install with ease. hitch is exposed below the lower valence, however it's unavoidable b/c the spare tire storage area is deep. Overall, it doesn't look too bad, not the hitches fault, it's just the design of the car.

The mounting holes were too far apart left to right. They were punched before the flange was bent and the set-back was way off. I had to take a rotary file to the mounting holes to get them to match the mounting brackets.
