Once installed the hitch receiver sticks out past the bumper on my van. I tried to locate back further only to find spare tire in the way and holes not aligning exactly. This isn't a huge deal and is due to trying to have one hitch meet attachment points for many different vehicles. Overall it is a great price and a really strong hitch. Tried to get best deals and used some "Curt" wiring and and other products. Try to avoid this as the different products don't align exactly.

The mass of this thing is stunning. The precision of the bends, welds, and drilling was perfection. I have been working with equipment since 1972 and this is the best I have seen. No more ordering hitches with the new truck.
