The time for installation is way understated for the homeowner. The only other issue I have is that the bar going into the receiver is so tight it had to be forced in and I'm not sure we will be able to get it back out.

I purchased this hitch in order to tow a small utility trailer and fishing boat. By purchasing this hitch online and installing myself, I saved over $100 versus the best deal I could find having another business do this for me. Installation wasn't exactly a breeze (I heard of some installations only taking 1/2 hour.) It took me 3 hours with no major problems. Looks and functions well. TIP: I backed my HHR up onto auto ramps to give me ample room to manoeuvre under the car.
