Received with paint chipped off on most edges. Hitch beat itself through the carton during shipment. Was not packed well from factory Fit good. The units I purchased had the nuts welded on. On other brands the nuts are loose. Don't know how you could put them on. Not enough space to fit your hand. Install took ten minutes. To fix the paint issue, I removed labels and make sure surfaces were clean. Then I spayed it with several coats of spray rubber truck bed liner I got a Pep Boys before it was installed. It was great. Each coat dried in 10 minutes. The rubber coated will be super tough on the back of me Jeep. The matte finish look great. Touch ups will be a breeze. Found it cheaper on another website, but Anything Auto beat the price. Sprayed the bolt head and washer after unit was installed. Job Done !!!
