We've put several Draw-tite hitches on vehicles and are always satisfied. The included hardware and non-drill applications keep me coming back everytime a customer needs a hitch.

The hitch was super easy to install on my 2012 Traverse. The way it hides makes it completely unnoticable on the vehicle. It looks like a very well built quality hitch.

I put the hitch on by myself in about 15 minutes. I am familiar with tools and mechanics but honestly there isn't much to it. The only reason I didn't give it all 5 is because of some nasty burs it had in a few places around edges. Because I put it on by myself I had to grab it and hold it under some mild strain. One of the burs cut my hand and I could see that happening to someone else and possibly being pretty nasty. Other than that the product is solid looks good and hides under cover.

Hitch installation took about 15 minutes. All holes are pre-drilled. Six bolts and you are done. Recommend you purchase wiring harness for trailer light applications. Also, very easy to install and does not cause damage to factory harness which was important since I lease my vehicle.

There was only 1 small paint chip on a part of the hitch that doesn't show. The hitch installed very easy, all hardware was included and of good quality. I did not realize the receiver (male end) came with the hitch. This made the price even better. Locally the best price I found was $200.00 for the same thing
