Hitch arrived bent but did not affect the installation

I ordered this trailer hitch for my Fusion Sport because I was familiar with the brand and the price was great! The trailer hitch arrived with quite a few small scratches and with one flange noticeably bent. I am assuming this is from shipping. When installing the hitch, the bent flange did not affect installation and bent right back into place once the bolts were tightened. Very solid once installed and my favorite thing is that I hardly notice it's on the car which is great!

The receiver hitch was painted nicely and fit very well. No modifications needed. The car itself was the only thing that added difficulty to the installation.

I bought this fter reading reviews and watching installation video. Fortunately, my neighbor is mechanically blessed, and this install took about 45 minutes, with it being just as easy as advertised. Used it the next day for a bike rack and it worked perfectly

Exactly like hidden hitch

I was torn between this and unit & the Hidden Hitch. The HH was appealing because it seemed it would be less visible. After researching that they built at the same place & watching install videos for both I decided on the DT. Fits great on my 2010 Ford Fusion Sports. Barely noticeable. Not a big car person but love to learn to do things on my own. Found a video online on how to install and followed. Muffler was a pain to get off. Hitch was hard to bolt by myself but I got it done.

The hitch is fine and fits perfect on my 2012 Ford Fusion. My son helped me install it. The nuts were missing from the package.
