Looked at several hitches before deciding on this one. Took about an hour to install. Wasnt bad at all. Googled installation video. Looks great and all is hidden except for draw bar area. Seems to be very high quality. Autoeverything is great to deal with.

The hitched arrived sooner than expected. It was well-packaged, well-protected during shipping. I liked the fact it required no holes being drilled to install. I really like the way the hitch is invisible except for the actual receiver tube. Makes it look like an OEM part. Did not have to alter the bumper fascia as some hitches would have required. Very pleased with this DrawTite hitch.

I chose this brand based on the positive review it got. The hitch was pretty easy to install in my 2011 Edge. There was no drilling required, just had to trim the heat shields a bit. What made it easy was I did a search on YouTube for "2011 Edge trailer hitch" and there were a few videos on how to install it, made it very easy after watching that....did the same for the wiring harness install....

I picked up the Draw-Tite for the fact that it is so well hidden on my Ford Edge. I didn't want something that would be showing itself easily from under the bumper. the Draw-Tite fit the bill! The installation is fairly easy - however I question the 45minutes it mentions to perform the installation. Took about 90mins for me to get it done.

The instructions were clear. As usual with a first time installation, there is a learning curve. For instance to find the easiest way to remove the exhaust system from the rubber hangers. The installation was really easy and from start to finish took 1.5 hours, working by myself. A great product!

Very neat installation with no drilling or trimming of bumper trim required on some competing brands.I recently saw a 2012 Edge with the hitch installed at the Ford dealer, and my Draw Tite looks more professional.Couldn't ask for more.
