What can I say, it's a hitch. It seems to be of high quality. The day after installing it I put my bike rack on it and drove 700 miles for vacation. It held up nicly. No complaints from me. Install took me about 1.5 hours. May have been faster if I lifted the car, fishing the bolts was a breeze. Toughest part was getting it past the muffler.

I was leery about installing a hitch on my little 2008 Saturn Astra, but I wanted to use a hitch-mounted bike rack. The hitch came quickly and well-packaged, with all the parts, and four of the five screws had wires on them--often only one wire is included, and that makes life difficult! The hitch fit perfectly and went on--well, without a hitch. Bike is now mobile. I would definately order again!

The hitch is great. High quality. The reciever that came with it, would not work with my trailer due to the fact that when installed it turns down so it made the trailer ride to low. Also the instructions did not specify exactly what holes to mount to on the car, since there are more than the necessary holes, so I had to figure that out on my own.
