I read the reviews, bought and used a thread tap before ordering the hitch since my 11 year old Jeep has seen some Minnesota weathering. Installed the hitch in about 20 minutes, thanks to some hints about pulling the exhaust pipe to one side using a come-along. I recommended Curt hitches to others in the family and they found your web site to be very easy to find further information on.

I placed the order on a Friday and it arrived next Wednesday, really quick. I unpacked it and looked overand was impressed with fabrication, the direction were clear and everything lined up perfect. My Jeep is 2004 and the weld nuts were a little rusty so I run a tap through them first. The supplied bolts went right in and I had the hitch installed in less then one half hour. I am very pleased and the hitch looks good installed. If I live long enough (age 78) and need another hitch.

Installed hitch on 2003 liberty by myself. could have used a second pair of hands. Installation was smooth with no problems just make sure bolt holes are free of rust

shipped within 3 days and super easy to install. I installed it myself in 20 minutes, but i recommend to have someone give you a hand to make it even easier and faster to install.

Put this on along with a gas skid and it all fit perfectly. Haven't had to get pulled out yet but I have no doubt it will hold up just fine.
