Hitches for both vehicles fit perfectly. Toyota prepped each vehicle with welded nuts in the frame which made installation easy. However, there is no protection for the nuts from corrosion. If you do buy one for a toyota, get yourself a 20mm x 1.25 tap so you can clean out the threads and installation will go smooth and easy.

(2011 Sienna)The hitch went on really quick, once I figured out where to cut the hole in the plastic panel. I left the panel installed and just cut it with a utility knife. everything bolted in nice. I used a floor jack to support the hitch while I started a bolt on each side, bolt go in on a slight angle. One person operation, 30 minutes to install. The wiring harness to took some time. The longest being routing the wire under the vehicle to the battery. From start to finish it was over an hour to complete. It was not difficult just time consuming to get the wire in the right place under the car. A lift would have made it so much easier, I used a couple of blocks under the tires on the drivers side to give me some clearance. It would have been nice if the harness tied into the circuit for the rear power seat stow option. The wires are right there. Our Van is an LE Model and thus the don't have the power stow rear seats. But the electrical is there.

Delivered promptly in box. No missing parts. Simple instructions. Make sure you have the right tools (torque wrench, socket, at least a 6" extension). Didn't have to take down my tailpipe, but would obviously be easier to install if I did. Used my hydraulic floor jack to help suspend the hitch after I hung(wedged it in) the "tailpipe" side in first. Secured the driver side in with a little play then moved to the passenger side. Make sure you clean the mounting surface!

The hitch came very quickly and was well packaged. The installation was easy and the fit was perfect for the 2011 Sienna. Finish on the hitch is a glossy black. The instructions had us removing the plastic cover that is under the rear of the car so that a rectangular hole could be cut in it to accomodate the driver side mount of the hitch. They don't tell you to replace the cover before you try to install the hitch. The plastic cover is thin and can be cut with a utility knife. Removing the cover was a waste of time, it could be cut, using the measurements supplied in the instructions, while it is still on the car. This would save time and you avoid dealing with all those little fastners.
