I have a 98 f150 with rear wheel drive only and it only had a bumper ball for towing. Was getting a boat and decided I didn't trust the bumper since I had it fixed a while back after a guy rear ended me at a stop light. Bought this guy and installed it no problem, just drop the spare tire and attach. First time I tried to load the boat on the trailer I came in a little hot and had the trailer too deep, impact moved the truck quite a bit and damaged my boat trailer but the hitch held up.

I installed this hitch on a 2000 F150 in less than 20 minutes with a floor jack and a 3/4 socket with a tork rachet. All hardware was included. I did not even lower the spare tire. I dropped the bolts through the frame of the truck, jacked the hitch in place and attached and torked the nuts. Done deal! Doesn't get any eazier than this. It looks and works great. Thanks for a Super product.
