CURT Receiver Hitches Part #13591 Customer Reviews
Reviewed by Ed L (DUBLIN, CA) Reviewed for a 2014 GMC Terrain — Dec 20, 2016 1:14 AM
I replaced the factory-installed 1-1/4" hitch with this Curt 2" hitch. The difference in quality is quite obvious. The Curt is much heavier duty. It was very easy to install and Auto Anything's delivery was very fast. The only improvement I would suggest is to provide a bracket to mount a trailer wiring socket like the original hitch has.

The Curt receiver hitch came within two days and was very easy to mount. I think it took around 45 minutes to have it installed.

Nice hitch, fits well and looks good. Had some issues installing bolts into the frame, ended up having to tap holes, also pulling the bolts through the frame was not to easy took some time

It looked easy, was pretty easy - but I had to get creative to get the metal blocks w/bolt in the trucks bumper tube, the the provided fish wire worked good except there was something in the tube and I couldn't pull the assembly over it - I had to add a stiff wire to the opposite end to help "lift" it over whatever it was hitting, once I cleared that hurdle the rest was easy
