when I saw the box it was in three pieces. I took the hitch out of the box and not a scratch on it. It fit right up. Good hitch. Best price.

Delivered in a large box and in acceptable condition. A bit heavier than expected but a very solid product. Took 2 1/2 hrs to install with assistance. Matches up with holes that are recommended to attach bolts and nuts on. Would recommend having a rubber mallet handy to make adjustments where necessary. After completing installation I recommend touching up areas that were scratched from delivery and installation to avoid rusting. Looking forward to wiring and using it.

Perfect fit on my 2004 F150

Came well packed in a heavy cardboard box. All fasteners were included along with fish wire to pass the bolts thru the boxed frame rail. My truck never had a factory hitch so install was very easy, I placed a board on my floor jack and lifted the hitch into place. Put in the 2 bolts that attach the hitch to the bumper and then with help of a friend, fed the bolts thru the frame. Left them loose till all the bolts were in place then tightened them all. The hitch lined up great! 40 mins to install

Had a little trouble because my help(step son) sleeps all day and then when he awakes he is slow, so I did it myself like everything else. I would suggest that you have help.
