There is a YouTube installation video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tZnJIl3ksts#t=18) available on Curt's site for this hitch that helped. I had to drill 2 holes. The instructions call for a 17/32 bit but the largest that was available at the local Lowe's was 1-1/2. It worked fine. The hardest part was widening the existing holes for the carriage bolts. I did it with a hand file only because I don't have a die grinder. Not a 20 minute installation for the average shade tree mechanic!

Had mechanic install the hitch and wires for lights. He had to drill several holes for the installation. Charge was $40 for the entire job. I was satisfied overall.
