Excellent hitch, nice tight fit. Looks good. Ask what they mean by "does vehicle have OEM hitch installed?" I put no. My truck just had the factory bumper with the hole in it for a ball. I don't know if this is what they meant by factory hitch. I believe if I put yes, the hitch may have come with some spacers for the front holes. You don't really need them, thick washers will work. Just take a minute and call them 1st. You have to take out two of the bumper's bolts so use a some penetrating oil.

It was easy to install once i found a video on line to show me how to do it. Might just be me but i couldn't understand instructions. Having 4 of those fishtail wires would have made it even easier. Use a impact wrench for removn bolts from factory will save you alot of time

My only complaint about this hitch-- the directions are not clear,, after two calls to curt I was able to install w/out any problems, pictorial and instructions supplied were vauge. Please note on Dodge Ram 2014 P/U Quad cab, you only need to loosen and remove two of the frame rail bolts (the ones towards front of truck. Yes you need to remove the spare. Yes difficult to install by yourself I used jack and two stands to facilitate installation.

Product was everything I was expecting. Great quality and easy to install with two people. Great service from AutoAnything. Ordered one day and received it the next. I would not hesitate to order anything else from AutoAnything.

The installation time of an hour for a non-expert is pretty close, although I would have been slightly under that had I not dropped a bolt in the frame while fishing it through. I just took a magnet and retrieved it. Pleased with the sturdiness and appearance on my RAM

I installed my Curt hitch on a 2011 Dodge Ram 1500. The hitch was delivered within 72 hours and I had it installed in no time. Installation was easier than I expected. It took longer to lower the spare tire than it did for the install. Great price, timely shipping, a very simple install and looks great. I would highly recommend this Reciever Hitch and it's ease of installation to anyone looking to install on their vehicle.
