I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and how well packaged everything was. I purchased this hitch to mount a bike rack and I couldn't be any happier for what my intended use was, this was a great value.

Very quick delivery and excellent quality. Drilling holes was a hassle and burnt up numerous bits. Other than that, the hitch fit fine.

The Hitch came with everything that was needed to install minus the drill bit. The installation took about 45 minutes and I was able to do it by myself. It was worth the money. I pulled a trailer 150 miles and had absolutely no problem with it. Even the ball mount came with it. Only had to purchase the ball.

Works the way it should

When I got this hitch in the mail I noticed it was well made, but also that the ends were slighty "bent". I thought I had received a damaged product, but I think what I thought was "bent" was actually more of a "taper" to make installation easier. Just FYI. I used a cobalt drill bit and even using it took a while to get through the metal. Otherwise pretty easy install. The fishwires make getting the bolts into their proper places easy. One thing which was difficult was tightening the two side bolts on my Mazda 3 Hatchback. As other reviews have stated, there isn't much room to turn a wrench. Still trying to figure out how to get them tighter... The other 2 bolts are easy to tighten down.
