Although the ease of installation was very simple and straight forward, having the lift to raise the vehicle was awesome. Taking out four old bolts from exhaust hangers and replacing them with new ones was it. Additional help could be used since the hitch is heavy to hold and align the bolts. Over all happy and putting it to use already.

I love the appearance and the quality of the Curt trailer hitch and the ease of installation I plan on buying another one for another vehicle.

I had a Hitch on my 2009 Ford Flex, When I went to a 2015 Ford Flex the dealer Transferred the hitch to the new vehicle, I just did not know how light the structure was on this hitch as it flexed and damaged my undercarrrige of the new flex. I purchased the new Curt Hitch and had my Mechanic remove my old one and install the Curt. He said it went on great despite haveing to Drop the exhaust system to do the install. ($75) Much stronger Hitch and now I can pull the trailer that I have.

I purchased trailer hitches from the competition in the past. The CURT Trailer Hitch is much heavier steel, excellent powder coating, ease of installation and very economical, to say the least. Even the color copies of the installation manual were a bonus. Easy to read and understand. You are way ahead of the competition, keep up the great work.

The instructions say 40 minutes to install. Me and a friend had it in in about an hour. Well three hours after two extra trips to the hardware. When the socket you need is missing and then you need to buy a tap, all while you're fifteen minutes from the nearest hardware, things take time in the country. Its a nice receiver.

Fit perfectly and didn't have to drill holes either. Pulls my utility and boat trailer perfectly and also hold our bike rack. Looks good and does the job. economically priced
