Delivery was prompt, installed on a 2011 Chevy Cruz, I didn't even have to lower my exhaust as the instructions told me to do. The hardest part was the light kit which needed a power source from the battery. I took the time and and ran the wire inside the car and hid it behind the interior mouldings an carpet.

Very easy to install, Thought it was going to be a problem, but got started and it was easy. Hides under the bumper, has a goose neck design for the ball towing that comes out and up high to receive a trailer. Real nice design.

I got this hitch for my Chevy Cruze for a light trailer to haul my canoes. Looks great - pretty hidden. Super easy to install..... Nice and solid. Great deal!

Best price I could find on a great product. The install time was way off. Maybe if I had done it before and had a shop with a lift, maybe...but for a first time on the floor of my garage, it took much longer than I expected... Overall, however I would recommend this product for it's great price and value. I was also very happy with the sales person that helped us with our order.
