Online video made installation process clear and not too complicated even though had to drop muffler and modify heat plate.

No drilling required to install.

Perfect choice for my new bike carrier.

Sheet metal adjustments need to be updated with current vehicles

The Curt Receiver Hitch was correct for my 2016 Honda Accord sedan, but the exhaust heat shield(s) modification example that came with it did not match the actual design for the 2016 Receiver Hitch. After following the example exactly and reinstalling the heat shields prior to installing the Receiver Hitch, the openings did not match. I had to make additional cuts that resulted in more sheet metal removed than what was necessary.

class 1 hitch I bought was relatively inexpensive (cheaper than a popular online service)and came with a free draw bar and pins, with free shipping - a great bargain! hitch was easy to install; really helps to have 2 people when lifting hitch into position. I had the car on jack stands to give me more room. the fish-wire technique is quite clever, and once I figured it out, it worked great for getting bolts into position. just like directions said, heat shield needed to be trimmed.

Good hitch, hard install

Very nicely made hitch, arrived in perfect condition with clear directions. However, it was quite a challenge to install. The fault lies not with the hitch design, but with Honda. It's a well made car, but not really designed for easy hitch installation. When I installed a similar hitch on a Kia Optima a few years ago, the job was much easier.

Followed instructions and the hitch installed with ease. I did not have to cut my heat shield, but I flexed it 1/2 inch to clear the hitch bracket. Appearance is professional. AutoAnything shipped the hitch to me the same day I ordered it. It took me about 1 hour to install the unit. I installed this hitch to mount a bike rack.

Great product and very clear instructions!

Both the electrical hookups and the hitch itself were excellent quality and easy to install. 5 stars all the way - and they're made in the USA! This saved me $150 over the local hitch installers.

Good looking hitch and I'm very happy with the way it looks. Uhaul will install (they also sell Curt, but are more expensive and prob takes as long or longer to get it in) and only charged $65. Not hard, but you'll def have to have the rear end of the vehicle up off the ground and Uhaul's hitch holder helps a lot

Installation was straight forward when following the instructions. Installing the wire harness took nearly as long as the hitch. Overall very satisfied.

If you need a Hitch look at CURT, You will not be disappointed.
