Everything went pretty much without a Hitch... Lol :-) Wiring harness was a little challenging to route through vehicle, but was successfully accomplished and looks like a professional installation.

Before purchasing this hitch, I shopped around comparing prices and availability. I chose to purchase from Auto anything based on previous dealings with this merchandiser and have been pleased so far. The customer service reps are truly helpful and made sure that they were consist with helping me with this purchase. I am pleased with my hitch now that I was able to find capable human beings that "could" attached it to my car.

I was a bit apprehensive after reading other install blogs but this one when in without a hitch ( pun intended). It only took 17 minutes start to finish. I reused the bolts from removal of the factory tow bracket and used them to ream out the frame holes before mounting the Curt. Used a wobble extension on the socket and did not even have to move the muffler for access. So quick and easy I had to pinch myself to be sure I wasn't dreaming.

two of the four mounting holes on each side of the hitch did not line up with the Rav 4 threaded frame holes. I believe this was caused by not being correctly welded in the jig. Had to spend an additional $35.00 to have it corrected by a local welding shop as well as repaint. " You get what you pay for"
