Bought Curt Hitch for my 2nd car, installation of the first hitch for my 1st car was quite easy, this one quite difficult, but that is due to the particular vehicle make and model design as oppose to hitch itself. So far serves the purpose and looks good. Looks and feels sturdy.

Great price, delivered quickly, easy to understand instructions for installation, installed quickly and easily. Took me about an hour to install the hitch by myself without the need of a lift or jacking up the car

Very satisfied. The box had some damage. No damage to the hitch. Installed easily and is sturdy as a frame mounted hitch would be.the drivers side only takes one bolt going up into the unibody rail but it seems to work with the two horizontal through bolts. It is unfortunate Kia didn't design the Sorento with a hole through the rear roll pan bumper area to raise up the receiver. The hitch though is designed to adapt well to the existing car around the exhaust.

at 71 years old it was a chore on my back to install. Did quite a few in the past. Instructions left a lot to be desired, pictures were too dark and small. One of the carriage bolt nuts was the wrong size and the 2 carriage bolts on the passenger side had a tough time lining up thru hitch and frame.

The installation took less time than indicated, but you will need an extra set of hands to get the installation started. Due to the shape of the Hitch, it wants to roll as you start the installation. Once in place it's a dream installation, very quick and easy. This is a well designed and thought out Hitch for the do-it yourselfer to install. Thanks Curt.

The Curt Trailer Hitch works well on her car. But, I was a little surprised about the lack of clearance on the outside rubber holder for the muffler. I could have installed it for her except for that one area. So, she decided to have KIA install it for $175.00 dollars plus Tax. Not a happy gal.

Directions were clear and all parts were in package. It took me about 90 minutes to install by myself, including time to make 6" ramps out of some scrap lumber. Mine went on a 2017 Sorento SXL V6 AWD. One carriage bolt on passenger side riquired just a bit of persuasion with a socket extension and mallet, otherwise everything lined up easy.
