A little hard to follow directions, but once figured out it went well. A template was missing which created some concern, but figured out a go around. Finished result was good.

If I ever need another I'll definitely order again, My only complaint is the directions weren't as good as they should be. Fortunately my neighbor recently installed the same hitch in his pick which is the same as mine so he was able to assist me and get me thru the rough spots.

Install was straight forward. One bracket touched the drivers side brake line on the inside of the frame. I have not pulled with it yet (moving cattle this weekend). For the price seemed to be a good buy.

I installed this unit in a 2013, F250, diesel. For reference I have also installed this same unit on a 2007 F350 and a 2011 f350 within the past 2 years. Hitch fits in place where it is supposed to on all three vehicles but on the 2011 and 2013 the back of the exhaust pipe must be removed, not just loosed to allow it to be lowered. After installation is done it works great in all three vehicles. install takes about 3 hours. needs better instructions = 4 star, hitch great = 5 stars

I gave it 3 stars because when installing the u bracket bent the steel bracket and could not get to 75ft pounds of torque on them because they were bending really bad to where it's off the frame. Time will tell if this one holds up

Install was a pain in the neck. The biggest problem is the hitch is rated at 30K lbs, but the rails are 22K lbs. AutoAnything should fix their item description. One of the bolts holding the head to the rails was bulged and I couldn't even drive a 5/8-11 die down on to it. Had to buy another one. The alignment of the holes in the side plates with the hardware already on the frames is poor. Draw-Tite should have made the holes bigger. Overall I would NOT choose to buy this hitch again.

Although it was my intention to purchase a Bulldog 9470-48 hitch (also in the Cequent family) due to price and availability I chose the almost identical Draw -Tite 9460-48. shipping was fast, quality was excellent, and installation (by myself) was relatively easy.
