Directions are well written and easy to follow. You may need to purchase a special 18mm rachet wrench to tighten several of the bolts. The bolts attaching the hitch to the bumper are very hard to reach and there is very limited movement of the wrench once it is positioned to tighten the bolts.

Although I have not had the opportunity to pull anything with the Spyder yet I wanted to make sure it fit. I was pleasantly suprised it fell ring into the rails on my fifth wheel hitch. Another great suprise was it already had the safety chain loops installed also. Very satisified with the equipment. This is the third truck I have outfitted with accessories from AA, I have order everything mud flaps, interior mats, bed liners, bed top covers, cargo holders, front receiver hitches, bike racks, window vents, and others, I have never had to return anything and the service and shipping has been great. Also like to commend Roy for his special help on this last truck!!!
