CURT Receiver Hitches Reviews

Great Hitch, But the wiring harness was a disappointment.

Reviewed By Dan W (Saint Louis, MO) Reviewed for a 1991 Chevy Blazer —10/2/2015 5:22 AM

I ordered the Curt hitch and T wiring harness for my 1991 four door S10 Blazer. Everything arrived in a couple of days. The hitch installed perfectly without any drilling. Unfortunately, the $24 "custom T" wiring harness that was supposed to be a plug and play was not at all compatible with the vehicle. Curt's tech support didn't respond to my email. I ended up just cutting the T connector off and splicing it into the wiring harness. Great hitch, but I would skip the wiring harness next time.

Breeze install for '01 Durango

Reviewed By jason C (Farmland, IN) Reviewed for a 1996 Chevy Blazer —6/28/2009 8:20 PM

I typically wouldnt reply, but, this plug was a piece of cake of an install for an '01 Durango...simple as take out tail light casings, disco plug, install new one and plug existing into new one, route wires to other side and same thing...cinch--JC-IN
