CURT Receiver Hitches Reviews

2011 camaro hitch

I wanted the strongest hitch i could get for my Camaro, and this is the strongest i drooped the exhaust and drilled 2 more holes to the sides so now i have 2 1/2inch bolts holding each side. I also used an 1-1/4 by 2ft in piece of square steel and welded it from the back of the receiver square to the differential mount like Draw tie and hidden hitch do. The only thing i do not like about this hitch is how much of it shows below the bumper. hidden hitch and draw tie bolt on using ONE factory 8mm bolt on each side. The curt hitch is much stronger especially if you do the extra mods like i did.

Bully Hitch Step: A well-made and useful product

Reviewed By Ronald M (Little Rock, AR) Reviewed for a 2015 Subaru Outback —11/12/2014 3:37 PM

I bought the hitch step to protect the back bumper and to have one more set of lights to get the attention of other drivers. The step will be useful for climbing up to wash the roof of the car. Installation was easy. The hitch step fits my 1.25 in. receiver. It also has a sleeve for a 2 in. receiver. I use a locking hitch pin with the step. The hitch step is solid and doesn't rattle. I like knowing that this product is guarding the back bumper of my new car.
