Good fit, wrong bolts

So I was very excited to go to work on my 30 - 40 minute hitch install. For reference I was a auto mechanic with GM certifications in everything. So I was frustrated when I found that the included 6 bolts were wrong, much too long. I haven't completed the job yet pending a trip to the hardware store. Curt, test install your products! Not the sellers fault and I am very happy with the transaction. Do yourself a favor and get M8 - 1.25 45 mm 10.9 bolts with a short shank before trying to install

Curt Q25 (Ford Puck) Additional tools needed for installation

Reviewed By Ronald M (Camas, WA) Reviewed for a 2016 Ford F-250 —11/1/2017 12:49 PM

Excellent hitch and not overly challenging to install after locating all of the required tools. One item that needs to be clarified in the listing details, is that a 100 ft/# torque wrench is required to assemble the head to the legs. Adjusting the pucks was also a little tricky as the mounting bolts are course thread instead of fine thread. Another set of cotter pins would also be nice as the ones provided were already spread out and it was frustrating to get them straightened for reuse.
