Your instructions said a pro needed 1 hour to install and non-pro 2 hours. I'm a non pro - it took me 20 min. Maybe I'm in the wrong business ??

My son and I watched the web site installation video which gave us the impression that this job would be relatively easy. When we started to install the hitch we discovered that the bolts on the passenger side of my 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan were in awkward places and were not easy to get to, even with the muffler brackets disconnected. Luckily my father was an auto mechanic and I inherited his tool box, because I doubt that the typical DIYer has the range of rachet extensions and flex couplers that I own, and which I found were needed to complete the installation. Having a full set of air tools also helped. In spite of these advantages, trying to install this hitch on our backs, without the benefit of a hydraulic auto lift, led to a lot of muscle strains trying to hold the hitch up while lining up the bolts. In the end we got it installed, but it took us over three hours, way beyond the advertised 40 minutes.
