Tow Ready T-One Connector Reviews

a little expensive

Reviewed By Richard B (Hasbrouck Heights, NJ) Reviewed for a 2003 Chevy Suburban —7/8/2008 9:47 AM

The wire harness was not too difficult to install and does not interfer with any of the auto's standard equipment but was a bit expensive for a set of wires.

Mostly easy install

Reviewed By Grant T (HOUSTON, TX) Reviewed for a 2008 Chevy Express —8/6/2015 7:15 AM

Mounting and connecting the 4-way adapter was a piece of cake. I also really like the LED indicators on this piece of gear. I find myself wanting a little more instruction for the "remaining" wires (blue, gold, and black). I think these need to be run to a brake controller (which I do not have yet). The instructions were very vague on that detail.

Curt T-connector for 2015 Subaru Forester

Reviewed By Donald S (MCCALL, ID) —11/27/2015 10:24 AM

The product has worked well since installing it 2 weeks ago. The installation wasn't too hard, especially if the installation video is reviewed first. The printed instructions that came with the connector are worthless and don't even show where the existing hook-up point is. As for just leaving the end loose inside, another option is to run it through a grommet located just beneath the spare tire so that it is outside of the vehicle all of the time.
