Once installed the hitch receiver sticks out past the bumper on my van. I tried to locate back further only to find spare tire in the way and holes not aligning exactly. This isn't a huge deal and is due to trying to have one hitch meet attachment points for many different vehicles. Overall it is a great price and a really strong hitch. Tried to get best deals and used some "Curt" wiring and and other products. Try to avoid this as the different products don't align exactly.

Curt receivers are one of the best and easiest to install on just about any vehicle. I gave this a 3 star on install due to a bend from shipping caused the receiver to misalign so i had to fight it into place, orherwise it is a simple install.
