The installation could not have been easier. The instruction sheet was totally explanatory. I would recommend this product to anyone.

A connector was previously incorrectly installed by a National trailer rental company resulting in a computer malfunction in my car and subsequent replacement. I installed the T-One myself in less than 30 minutes and it works perfectly. Would highly recommend the T-One to anyone.

My truck already has a 4-way flat, so this made the installation easier and cleaner. Splicing into wires is a necessary evil at times and this avoids that unpleasantness. The bracket needed a small bend to allow the door to open all the way so the plug-in will fit. This is the one with the LED lights that indicate which pins are working, but I wish I had purchased a separate tester instead. One LED light always stays on. Battery drain isn't a concern, but unnecessarily attracting attention is.
