The installation was easy. The only problem was the amount of torque on the existing bumper bolts. I had to use a breaker bar to loosen them.

Hitch was great looking and had so few pieces I though it would be a cinch to install. Wrong. First I had to "enlarge the holes where the capture pieces fit into the frame" that was a nightmare... then I had to fire up the torch to cut off towtruck hook in thr middle of . the frame. Another nightmare... luckily the fire was very small. After that it was a breeze!

The connector works exactly as described and is an excellent value. However, I consider one feature absurd: The fuse, as designed, would wind up in the inaccessible area behind the left rear trim panel. I extended its wires so the fuse is now located in the accessible spare tire well on my CRV. That feature cost an overall star.
