It took a little longer than I expected to install but with the help of my wife and a small floor jack we had it installed in about 40 minutes.

From start to finish it took about 2 hours. A second pair of hands would have been helpful but don't think it would have helped making the install go much faster. Instructions weren't great for a first time installer. Despite being told by AutoAnything no drilling was required. That wasn't quite true. Major filing had to be done so square holed shims could be slipped inside the rail. Also muffler has to be temporarily dropped so you could have access to the rail but even then it was a bit tight,

watched youtube video http://www.etrailer.com/t1-2014_Honda_CR-V.htm installation was exactly as stated in the video and everything worked the way it was supposed to! I am hauling stuff with my trailer just like I'd hoped to.
