Draw-Tite Receiver Hitches Reviews

Honda Element Owner

The trailer hitch was easy to install. I would recommend two people to install the hitch. Quality was solid. Hitch was shipped in a large box and was received in good condition. All hardware was provided along with instructions. There is no wiring harness provided, purchase it separately if you need it. I like the fact this hitch requires no drilling, be careful, because others do.

Quality product , tough installation.....

Reviewed By John B (WARNER, NH) Reviewed for a 2005 Honda Element —11/21/2016 7:34 AM

First let me say that i am very satisfied with the receiver. it is rock solid, the build quality is great, it looks fantastic and it works flawlessly. If I did not install it, the review would end here and it would be 4 stars. However, I installed the unit and to say it was a challenge would be accurate. thank goodness for youtube! The issue for me was making the holes in the frame larger and getting the receiver in place long enough to bolt to the vehicle. Those two steps were tough.

Tekonsha T-One Connector Reviews

T One connector/wiring harness

Reviewed By Philip G (SANDIA PARK, NM) Reviewed for a 2008 Honda Element —6/21/2016 7:33 AM

Nice product but installation of front wiring harness is significantly harder than the instructions would indicate. The hook-up is way to the left not just underneath the dash. I could not access it myself and had to outsource the installation to a shop which could remove the plastic cowling to the left of the dash to get to the hook-up point. I know this is a competitor but etrailer.com had a really good video describing the connection process.
