Solid but not jig not right

Reviewed By Robert T (MECHANICSVILLE, VA) Reviewed for a 1999 Jeep Cherokee —10/17/2014 5:55 AM

This was a well made, solid receiver, only problem was it was assembled with the frame mounting rails a good 1/4" too close. the only fix was about 15 minutes with a die grinder to open up the holes. The included washers were plenty big to cover the opened areas and installation feels solid. Hardware was good quality and overall a great piece. Just be prepared to fit it to your jeep. Mine has never had any damage so I guess it was just not jigged up right.

Delivered to my front door in a massive box with all the hardware included. I was a little concerned about the "One size fits all" but it bolted right up to my 1974 K5 Blazer- I used a floor jack to hold it in place while I bolted it up.
