I liked the hitch, but didn't like the fact I needed to drill out some holes in order to get the fit right.

Autoanything shipped the hitch out promptly. Installation is very straight forward, which includes enlarging 2 holes on the metal bumper structure and fixing the hitch to the body frame/bumper structure with 4 bolts. It took me almost an hour to drill the holes -- but I guess I should blame the 1/2" drill bit I bought from Home Depot (the cheapest one). After that it's a 20-minute work. I have put the hitch into any real use yet, but it looks very sturdy and hides nicely under the bumper of my Mazda 5.

I knew that this hitch would require drilling on my vehicle, but it was more difficult than I anticipated, and I needed to buy a fairly expensive drill bit to get the job done. Other than that, it's all great so far.
