CURT Receiver Hitches Reviews

Ron Knoxville TN

Reviewed By Ron F (KNOXVILLE, TN) Reviewed for a 1999 Mazda Miata/MX-5 —2/4/2015 12:18 PM

The hitch is well made getting the last hole drilled was the biggest challenge as others had stated. Now finding a T-Connector made for a Mazda Miata does not exsist rather than a universal which others have found to become unreliable and had to purchase another with no luck either. My mechanic suggested to just hard wire it after his research. I know a 1999 Mazda Miata was not designed as a tow car but I'm glad Curt had a bumper hitch designed to fit it for my 11 day road trip with a small tag a long trailer. I would recommend the quality and the service from AutoAnything.

Bully Hitch Step Reviews

Saved my car

Reviewed By Rodney M (MIDVALE, UT) Reviewed for a 2015 Subaru Outback —5/21/2015 1:23 PM

The bully hitch was installed for the sole purpose of protecting our brand new vehicle from a rear-end impact. Sure enough, four weeks later, someone rear-ended the car. The hitch was crushed and inflicted extreme damage to the bmw responsible for the accident to include a dual airbag deployment in the bmw. The bmw then made contact with our bumper only after a majority of the energy was dissipated. Without this extra line of defense I fear that my family would have sustained serious injury.
