Easy install

Connectors snapped right in. Good fit. Wish it came with butt connectors and a grommet for routing through the trunk floor to the hitch. Looks like its designed to route out the trunk lid when in use and then you hide it in the trunk when not using it. In 2001 Altima, there's a convenient grommet for license plate lights that you can cut and push the wires through. You have to splice the wires yourself if you do this though.

My truck already has a 4-way flat, so this made the installation easier and cleaner. Splicing into wires is a necessary evil at times and this avoids that unpleasantness. The bracket needed a small bend to allow the door to open all the way so the plug-in will fit. This is the one with the LED lights that indicate which pins are working, but I wish I had purchased a separate tester instead. One LED light always stays on. Battery drain isn't a concern, but unnecessarily attracting attention is.
