Installlng the T connector to the tail lights was easy. Running a wire up to the battery was not. Had to put a shield around wire near engine.

In the old days you had to trace lines and fiddle for hours to get proper connections. Now snap this harness into the existing wire harness and you are done. How easy does it get? Fifteen minutes and done. Great innovation.

My truck already has a 4-way flat, so this made the installation easier and cleaner. Splicing into wires is a necessary evil at times and this avoids that unpleasantness. The bracket needed a small bend to allow the door to open all the way so the plug-in will fit. This is the one with the LED lights that indicate which pins are working, but I wish I had purchased a separate tester instead. One LED light always stays on. Battery drain isn't a concern, but unnecessarily attracting attention is.
