It is well built and came with the hardware and instructions. A couple of tips 1.) Spray the bolts on the factory tow hook with penetrating oil the night before to help with removal. There are holes in the frame where you spray into. 2.) Take a M12 x 1.25 rethreading/thread chaser tap and go through all the bolt holes. Especially, the two holes on the driver's side that are open to the environment and susceptible to rust and corrosion. I substituted Hex Cap bolts for the Carriage bolts.
