It is well built and came with the hardware and instructions. A couple of tips 1.) Spray the bolts on the factory tow hook with penetrating oil the night before to help with removal. There are holes in the frame where you spray into. 2.) Take a M12 x 1.25 rethreading/thread chaser tap and go through all the bolt holes. Especially, the two holes on the driver's side that are open to the environment and susceptible to rust and corrosion. I substituted Hex Cap bolts for the Carriage bolts.

I purchased this as a Fathers Day gift for my husband. He is so thrilled with it. He thinks it looks tough and can't wait to use it to haul all sorts of stuff around. As far as installation goes, I'd recommend an extra set of hands because the hitch is heavy!
